For records that are stored at SRS, Inc., our bar code system maintains a record retention schedule by tracking destruction dates in our computer database.

Each month, a management report setting out containers scheduled for destruction is printed and delivered to our customer(s). After receiving the listing from the customer(s) with authorization signature(s), SRS, Inc. performs secured shredding destruction.

SRS, Inc. also provides destruction services for businesses whose records are not stored at our facility.

All materials are shredded with a high performance, industrial shredder/baler in a building monitored by a top of the line perimeter protection system as well as an interior motion detection system that are monitored 24 hours a day. Our facility is further enhanced with access controlled systems and all shredding/destruction is monitored by Video Surveillance Systems.

SRS, Inc. representatives oversee the entire destruction operation from start to finish in order to ensure that the records are sufficiently destroyed. Once destruction is complete, SRS, Inc. issues a notarized Certificate of Destruction documenting the successful transaction.

All paper is recycled. Through the recycling process, SRS, Inc. is contributing to the preservation of natural resources – water, oil, trees, electricity as well as diminishing the addition of substances to our landfill spaces.

SRS, Inc. can provide Slim Boy executive consoles with internal locking systems to keep documents secure for designated locations throughout your facility. We also provide routine scheduled pickup (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) from all containers.
